When the EAGLE Aircraft Owner’s Policy is issued concurrently in the same transaction with the EAGLE Aircraft Lender’s Policy, an extra policy charge of $100.00 will be made for the Lender’s Policy, so long as the amount insured in the Lender’s Policy does not exceed the amount insured in the Owner’s Policy.
The charges set forth herein are minimum only and additional charges will be made when unusual conditions of title are encountered, or when special risks are insured against, or when special services are requested.
